25000 Fan Celebration Kick Off!

Earlier this year, we were so excited to be approaching the 20000 fan mark, and I started trying to put together a giveaway.  Life got in the way as it tends to happen when you are a work at home mama that is having a hard time balancing all the balls juggling in the air!  Just a couple months later and we hit 25000!  WOW!  We feel so blessed to have made it this far.  A little over 2 years ago, after 5 years at the farmers markets, we were finding out niche in the photography prop world.  It was (and still is) important to use to remain true to where we started - and not only offer beautiful items for photographers, but also to parents and kids of all ages.  That's why we offer all sizes - not just newborn sizes like many prop shops do.  We are so thankful for the WIDE variety of fans we have - Photographers and Moms buying for their kiddos (and sometimes for themselves!)

So to plan a giveaway that would appeal to everyone was TOUGH!  The solution was this - create three giveaways, so you could pick the giveaway(s) you MOST want to win, and you don't have to fill up your news feed with vendor pages you may not be interested in.  Maybe you're a mom that shops for her kids, and isn't interested in vendors that are specific to photography - then you don't have to enter the Photography giveaway!  Simple as that.  We want to make sure our AMAZING vendors that are helping sponsor these giveaways gain 'likes' from people that ACTUALLY WANT to see them in their news feed   Otherwise, what's the point???

RTS Essentials Giveaway!



A little before the holidays, we were so excited to team up with some of our favorite vendors to create a group called RTS Essentials - we are not like the other RTS Night Collaborations....we don't focus specifically on photography props (although you will certainly find a few!)  We have a wide variety of offerings great for kids all the way to adults - gifts or something special for you - every Tuesday night at 5pm (pacific) it's a fun night to hop onto Facebook and see what is available and Ready to Ship!! (RTS)

Recently, we started our own Facebook page - and added a few more fabulous vendors to round out our group (and don't forget about our weekly guest vendors!! They are great too!)

To kick off our new page, we are having a little giveaway to get things going.  Each of the vendors participating in the RTS Essentials page is offering a $10 credit to be used towards a purchase in their shop (or from a RTS Night item!)  There will be 10 total prizes from the 9 businesses (Kiki and I are each offering a credit to our shops)

Changes coming to my shop!

Changes coming soon! (To Kiwi's shop)

I has been an amazing 22 months for my shop - it's been a lot of fun creating and seeing all the fabulous photos and happy faces.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all of your support!

Over the past few months, I've realized I need to make some changes for me and my family - don't worry, I'm not closing up shop - just need to change things up so I can have more time for my family, and be able to provide better service by having quicker turnaround times.

The plan is as follows: on January 20th, the shop will close to new orders.  The shop will reopen on February 5th at 12:00pm PST until a limited amount of orders is accepted, and then it will close again.  On February 20th, the shop will reopen again for another limited amount of orders.  This will continue to be the schedule until life settles and a better routine is established for me.  I want to continue to provide high quality items at an affordable price, while still staying sane and being able to participate in more family events.  A happier, better rested, less stressed Kiwi will mean happier kids, happier hubby, and hopefully an explosion of creativity and happier customers.  That's the goal anyways.

I will continue to participate in Weekly Ready to Ship Comment games, so you will still be able to get your fix - I will also host monthly comment games with new items in the first week of each month.  There will also occasionally be flash sales, etc.  if you find yourself in DIRE need of something, feel free to email me or contact me through my shop or Facebook page to request a special order.  Depending on how the month is going, I may be able to accommodate you.
